eh people who are involved in atc
please train yourselves hor.
go organise some skills training within your groups if possible.

dwayne's trg schedule is just never enough
especially when "comboed" with your busy schedule that made you all pon his trgs.
ya. so... just organise trgs among ur groups if u all really cannot make it for dwayne's.
to make up for missing his trgs. and also for ur makeups, please try to make it abt the same intensity as the originally scheduled trg.
it would be better if u all do extra.
just dun overexert yourselves, like me.
get enough rest. =D

it's only 3 weeks before the real thing.
