Adventure Singapore

Adventure Trail Challenge.
Please stop all trainings immediately. Please get enough rest and sleep before the big day on 10 June. Things to prepare yourself.
1) No fried food.
2) Drink lots of water the night/day before. (Not in the morning of the race)
3) Have a good breakfast on 10 June before meeting up. (At least 3 hours before the flag off time)
4) Do not attempt any activities that may risk injuries.
5) Have a real good sleep the night before. (Like about 9pm, 10pm the latest)
6) Do not eat 2 hours before the race.
7) Do not drink lots of water 1 hour before the race. (You should begin taking sips of water at this time)
Remember to pack you stuff the night before. (Don't wait till the last minute) Coordinate well with your teammates on who should bring what.
