Just to keep you all updated, the date for Mt K has been change to 17 to 22 Dec.

ATC training (Final one) (Optional)
Kayaking at Mac Ritchie
Time: 9am-11am+
Date: 8 June (Friday)
Things to bring: Extra clothes, bathing stuff, $ (about $10), kayaking certs, water bottle.
Other ODACians (JC1s/ JC2s) are also invited to join even if you are not going for atc. (Just to enjoy yourselves or destress from all your muggings)

Some tips-
For ATC, please use one shoe all the way. No wet shoes required. You won't have time to change shoes or you won't want to carry extra load.
Highly recommended, each person get power gels. But please drink lots of water after consuming it. If not, dehydration.
Travel light. Carry the bare minimum. (Team: 3 litres of water,first aid kit, zip lock bag and nothing esle besides personal medication if any)

Finally, most teams have been training hard for ATC and I wish you all each and everyone of you all the best for this race. Have fun!

PS: Please stop all vigours trainings after Friday. Please try not to eat fried or spicy food. Have a good rest the night before and drink lots and lots of water the night before. Try not to get sick and take good care of your health. Lastly, cycling part for ATC is very dangerous. If you cannot or are not confident about cycling at some parts, get down and push your bike. Safety is always first priority in ODAC.
